Bug House Pest Control is hiring a Termite/Crawlspace Technician to protect homes and businesses through residential pest control and termite inspections. No prior experience is required.

You’ll receive complete training, a company vehicle, a cell phone, medical benefits, and a 401(k) match; must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and obtain a pesticide license within 90 days. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage daily operations of your service route with strong time management.
• Perform residential pest control, crawl space services, and termite inspections.
• Problem-solve customer accounts for current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
