Job summary

Western Pest Services in North Wales, PA is looking for a Pest Control Technician to protect homes and businesses in the area. You’ll complete company-paid training and help residential and commercial customers with pest control issues, inspecting attics, crawlspaces, interiors and exteriors.

You’ll work with ladders up to 40-60 ft, use PPE, install insulation, and conduct wildlife exclusion. A valid driver's license and HS diploma are required; company pays for pesticide license and offers a

Qualifications

• High School/GED or better.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• We will consider all qualified candidates in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Complete our industry-leading, company paid two-month training.
• Help either residential or commercial customers with their pest control issues.
• Survey attics, crawlspaces, and interiors/exteriors of homes or businesses.
• Inspect property for wildlife and rodent damage and perform light carpentry for animal exclusion.
• Set baits and live traps to capture wildlife and remove wildlife.
• Must be comfortable using ladders and lifts (up to 40-60 feet).
• Inspect, maintain, and utilize PPE properly.
• Perform air sealing and install blown-in insulation systems.
• Conduct blower door tests and ensure attics/garages/roofs are airtight.
