Advanced IPM is seeking a Service Technician to serve commercial and residential properties with professionalism, safety, and reliability. You will inspect, prevent, and report on pest activity while building lasting client relationships and delivering high standards of service.

The role emphasizes continuous learning, with paid training and opportunities for career growth within a family-owned company. Schedule is typically Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Service business and home in courteous, safe, efficient manner.
• Inspect client properties for pest activity.
• Address and prevent pest issues or infestations.
• Identify and communicate conducive conditions.

• Plan and manage service route.
