Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a hard-working Pest Control Technician to work on the road around Prosper, TX, with weekly reporting to the Plano, TX office. The role offers an hourly wage of $17.25–$19.25 and opportunities for overtime and advancement.

The position includes a company vehicle, gas card, paid training, and comprehensive benefits. You will service local routes, maintain equipment, and ensure compliant pesticide application while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in past year and no more than 2 in past 4 years.
• Drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides per state and federal laws.
• Serve as subject matter expert for customers by implementing effective pest solutions.
• Maintain and service all route customers per company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed.
