Qualifications

• Permitting experience.
• Candidates must currently be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical facilities engineering and construction.
• Previous Bechtel experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality/completeness reviews of design packages prior to submittal to AHJs.
• Submit design packages to AHJ using the AHJ tools/processes.
• Coordinate with various engineering disciplines to obtain and compile responses to comments from the AHJs; assist in managing comments to closure.
• Prepare meeting notes and track key actions in meetings with the AHJs and Customer.
• Interface with AHJs at their offices and at the jobsite; participate in joint Bechtel/AHJ walkdowns at jobsite.
• Track status of permits to ensure they will be in place to support construction activities.
• Elevate concerns and be part of the solution to address problems.
