Qualifications

• Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in providing supportive services to social workers, public housing managers, or other professionals in related programs.
• Substitutions allowed: college training may substitute for experience year-for-year up to 3 years; completion of a social service aid or assistant curriculum with related degree may substitute for up to 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Performs extensive field work and outreach functions; serves as liaison between professional staff and clients and/or potential clients; performs preliminary screening for continued eligibility.
