Job summary

ARK Management is seeking Field Outreach Interns for part-time, hands-on experience at live events across Fullerton, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, and Anaheim. You’ll interact with community members, aid with applications, and qualify prospects in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

No prior experience required—training is provided; ideal for students seeking real-world sales, outreach, and communication exposure.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 1st- or 2nd-year college program (associate or bachelor’s).
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with the public.
• High energy, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors and moving between various public venues.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Positive attitude—no previous experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face outreach at events, shopping centers, campuses, and other public venues
• Engage potential customers, provide information, and support with application or document completion
• Identify and qualify prospects; guide them through sign‑up steps
• Maintain and manage assigned territories to maximize outreach performance
• Follow company compliance guidelines, documentation standards, and KPI expectations
• Share field insights, trends, and feedback with the team
• Participate in team briefings, training sessions, and workshops
