Job summary

JPI in Dallas is seeking a Field Operations Intern for a 180-day SkillBridge training program aimed at developing job-ready talent in construction. Interns will gain experience in safety practices, construction operations, and field coordination through a combination of structured training and live jobsite assignments.

The program includes foundational certifications and a capstone project, preparing participants for a seamless transition into civilian construction roles.

Qualifications

• Active-duty service member approved for participation in the SkillBridge program.
• Ability to learn and apply construction safety expectations.
• Interest in construction management and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and safety readiness activities, including OSHA 30.
• Participate in supervised field orientation activities on an OSC-supported project site.
• Report to and assist the Construction Manager on an active multifamily project.
