Responsibilities

• Operate wells and equipment in line with operating and safety procedures to support daily operational plans.
• Monitor wells and equipment continuously to identify corrective actions and optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate, control and monitor maintenance work in line with corrective, predictive and preventive planning.
• Support basic maintenance activities as an Equipment Care Technician using practical maintenance skills.
• Maintain accurate shift handovers and provide clear operational updates to support continuity.
• Record relevant operational events, abnormal situations and deviations in the log book.
• Take product samples for laboratory analysis and carry out field laboratory testing.
• Report incidents promptly and support emergency response activities when required.
• Communicate well performance issues, production rates and equipment condition clearly to the wider team.
• Ensure wellhead and surface equipment are maintained and prepared ahead of intervention activities, and provide support during wellwork operations as needed.

This opportunity is suited to a technically capable operations professional with previous field technician experience and a strong focus on safe, reliable and efficient production operations. This position supports the day-to-day operation of wells and equipment, helping to maintain operational continuity and respond effectively to changing field conditions.
