Weatherford is seeking a Field Operator to perform hands-on tasks with company equipment and systems, following technical manuals and procedures. The role includes safety leadership, quality control, and daily operations across the field site.

Ideal candidates have 1–2.5 years in Oil & Gas, high school diploma, and strong problem solving, math and communication skills. Domestic and international travel of up to 50–75% may be required.

Responsabilités

• Maintains equipment, facilities and work area in a safe condition.
• Follows SOPs, Work Place Practices, and Quality policies.
• Performs maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and monitoring of equipment.
• Drives vehicles to well sites and operates equipment per instructions.
• Supports senior staff and leads safety and shift activities as needed.
