Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to operate and assist with field equipment in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, pollinating, harvesting, threshing, shipping, weeding, field preparation, seed preparation, sampling, detasseling, rogueing, and other field activities.
• Operate tractors, combines, harvesters, sprayers, threshers, and other farming equipment as needed.
• May drive a company vehicle to transport materials and equipment to and from work sites and fields.
• Assist with the maintenance and improvement of farms and assets.
• Follow all safety policies and site safety requirements.
