The Hybrid Field Technician supports both the beginning and end of the residential solar installation pipeline by performing site assessments prior to installation, inspections post-install, and other lone worker and team field work as needed for the business. This role is critical in ensuring that every project begins with accurate data and ends with a successful final inspection. You’ll follow dynamic, intraday schedules and work across a variety of job sites, helping ensure each system meets both internal standards and local code requirements. This is a fast‑paced, field role ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, customer interaction, and making a daily impact on operational flow.
Schedule Execution & Field Readiness
Flexibility in working occasional weekends, extended shifts or holidays may be required based on market demand or customer scheduling needs. Participation in safety briefings, training, or field team huddles. Drive company‑provided or approved vehicles between job sites throughout the workday.
