Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a Field Support Specialist to help maintain safe, clean, and productive worksites across collection and post-collection operations. You will work with drivers, heavy equipment operators, and maintenance staff to support daily operations and team success.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in a physically demanding environment, a strong work ethic, and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, waste and recycling, utilities, or other physically demanding environments.
• Ability to work safely in outdoor operational environments.
• Valid driver’s license; bilingual ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across collection and post-collection facilities.
• Perform manual labor to assist operations teams.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and supplies.
• Assist drivers, heavy equipment operators, and maintenance staff.
• Perform site housekeeping and general cleanup.
• Support minor facility maintenance and improvements.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, or pressure washers safely.
• Report unsafe conditions and equipment issues.
• Follow safety policies and environmental regulations.
