Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of field operations experience preferred.
• 5+ years in Safety, Health & Environment or Person in Charge experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OIMS 6-1 or similar standards.
• Experience reviewing, validating, or developing operating procedures.
• Strong operational safety and compliance understanding.
• Able to work with operators, SMEs, and documentation teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel frequently to field locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to field locations to review and validate operating procedures.
• Review procedures for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and alignment with OIMS 6-1.
• Work with field SMEs to understand how work is performed.
• Identify gaps between written procedures and field operations.
• Help update procedures based on operator feedback.
• Partner with technical writers to finalize procedures.
• Ensure procedures are practical and field-ready.
• Support continuous improvement of procedures and work practices.
