Job summary

Aruza Pest Control is seeking a results-driven supervisor to lead our pest control field team, including termite and moisture remediation specialists. You will manage daily field activities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and maintain high service standards while mentoring technicians.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, inventory management, and documenting outcomes. Strong communication and a focus on quality are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of pest control service experience with termite and moisture remediation knowledge.
• Supervisory or management experience with a results-driven company.
• State Certified Applicator license or ability to obtain one with termite endorsements.
• Knowledge of building construction and crawlspace moisture control is a plus.
• Strong communication and team-leadership abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of field technicians, ensuring safety, protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily field activities, inspections, treatments and moisture remediation work.
• Perform quality assurance through regular inspections and adherence to manufacturer specs.
• Handle on-site customer interactions, address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Train and mentor technicians on pest control methods and safety practices.
• Manage inventory and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Enforce health and safety compliance and conduct safety audits.
• Maintain records and produce reports for management review.
• Resolve technical challenges related to infestations and moisture remediation.
• Stay updated on regulations and ensure field operations comply with laws.
