Job summary

The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in material handling, industrial operations, manufacturing, rail operations, logistics, or heavy equipment environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in industrial, manufacturing, material handling, or related operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage daily production requirements.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and operational procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demands.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily material handling activities to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment availability, and work assignments to maintain productivity.
• Monitor daily performance, production goals, and operational efficiency.
• Identify equipment problems, workflow delays, and opportunities for improvement.
