Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum five years of oil and gas production operations experience.
• Ability to pass a respiratory fit test, if applicable to route/location.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
• An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Lease Operators and Production Techs for safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor production variables to maximize wells and facilities reliability.
• Coordinate with field staff, engineers, and teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment; ensure timely responses.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
• Conduct regular safety meetings, training, and field inspections.
