Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams in self-performing construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical construction operations, safety, and QC processes.
• Ability to coordinate manpower, equipment, and field resources across multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the Field Operations Director in executing field operations strategies across assigned projects.
• Serve as a key point of contact between field leadership and project teams to align with goals, schedules, and client expectations.
• Participate in project handoff meetings, providing input on manpower, equipment, and coordination.
• Review project documents, drawings, schedules, and scopes for effective field execution.
• Coordinate manpower planning with superintendents and field leaders; communicate staffing needs to Field Operations Director.
• Monitor field productivity, safety, quality, and schedule performance across jobs.
• Review field documentation including daily reports and KPIs, and conduct site inspections.
