Job summary

Ace Technologies, LLC is seeking a Director of Field Operations to oversee all field activities across life safety, security, and technology systems. The role leads multiple managers and reports to the Vice President, based in Macon or Valdosta, GA, with regular travel to job sites.

Emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction drives daily decisions. Responsibilities include overseeing projects, service operations, and inspections; maintaining profitability and labor productivity; and

Responsibilities

Lead all field operations across service, projects, contracts, inspections, and specialized systems.
Ensure consistent execution of work in alignment with company standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
Establish accountability for performance across all field leadership roles.
Drive scheduling, labor management, and job execution discipline.
Maintain high employee morale to foster a positive, productive environment.
Oversee execution of special projects, contracts, and service operations within budget and on time.
Monitor job profitability, labor productivity, and resource allocation.
Ensure safety culture and compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards.
