Job summary

Legacy Management is seeking a Field Support Manager to provide operational leadership and hands-on support across multiple hotel locations. This role requires extensive travel (75-95%) and entails stepping into General Manager duties when necessary, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel functions.

You will lead by example to drive guest satisfaction, uphold company standards, manage staff performance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while supporting sales

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Prior hotel operations or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of basic engineering and maintenance principles.
  • Reliable, professional, and consistent work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Lead guest service and hotel operations to ensure quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff and enforce policies.
  • Manage safety, security, and regulatory compliance, including OSHA standards.
  • Support sales, marketing, and local community engagement.
  • Perform field coverage across assigned locations and step into GM duties as needed.
  • Handle payroll, scheduling, and inventory in collaboration with location teams.
