Job summary

SPS PoolCare is seeking an Area Manager to lead a field-based team, coach employees, and ensure service quality and safety standards in Sarasota, FL. The role requires hands-on field time, operational oversight, and collaboration with the Operations Manager to maintain company standards.

The candidate will conduct performance reviews, support customer issue resolution, and promote teamwork and accountability across field teams. A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to an assigned team of field employees.
• Maintain a strong field presence through ride-alongs, quality checks, field observations, and coaching.
• Train and develop employees on procedures, service standards, safety, and customer expectations.
• Monitor productivity, service quality, route execution, and employee performance.
• Identify performance concerns and escalate to the Operations Manager.
