Job summary

Faithworks Total Ground Maintenance, LLC is seeking a dependable Field Services Manager in Mount Dora, FL, to supervise field crews across grounds maintenance, janitorial cleaning, pressure washing, and landscape enhancements. This full-time role involves leading daily operations, ensuring service delivery, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service with supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of grounds maintenance or related facilities services.
• Experience inspecting work and ensuring corrections are completed.
• Ability to manage employees and priorities across multiple properties.
• Ability to read scopes of work, service schedules and work orders.
• Clear communication skills; able to give direction and feedback.
• Comfort with smartphones, email, scheduling software, and digital checklists.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Willingness to perform field work and site visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field employees; assign tasks and ensure quality, productivity, attendance, and safety.
• Review customer scopes of work and explain tasks, frequencies, and quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections; document findings and take photos where permitted.
• Assign corrective work, set deadlines, and verify completion.
• Coordinate with scheduling on staffing, priorities, and service changes.
• Train and coach staff on methods, equipment care, safety, and customer expectations.
• Evaluate performance; document concerns and administer corrective actions.
• Conduct follow-up interviews and make hiring recommendations to ownership.
• Terminate field employees when necessary per policy and documentation procedures.
• Ensure crews have supplies, vehicles, and equipment needed for schedules.
• Review labor hours, materials, and completion records against work orders and budgets.
• Address routine customer concerns and report significant issues to management.
• Assist with field work as needed while maintaining supervision and quality control.
