Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead a team delivering appliances under the Energy Savings Assistance Main Program in San Diego. You will oversee safety, quality, and timely enrollment documentation while meeting production goals.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in sales, with one year supervising staff, and a high school diploma. A reliable vehicle and California driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a sales environment.
• Minimum one year of experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, train, and mentor field staff to meet goals.
• Review daily schedules and routing to support efficient operations.
• Monitor team performance and report to Senior Manager.
• Conduct daily safety and production tailgate meetings and trainings.
• Perform quality assurance audits and ride-alongs for compliance.
• Ensure enrollment and appliance delivery documentation is complete.
• Address customer service concerns and escalate when needed.
• Identify process improvements to boost performance and efficiency.
• Facilitate team meetings in the Senior Manager's absence.
• Maintain workplace safety and enforce policies.
