Job summary

Earth Drilling is seeking an Operations Manager for an on-site role in Elko, Nevada. This full-time position involves managing daily drilling operations, overseeing field supervisors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in drilling, an MSHA safety certification, and strong interpersonal skills. Additional perks include a competitive salary and living out allowance. Travel throughout the USA is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Supervisory experience is required.
• 5+ years of drilling experience is required.
• MSHA safety certification is required.
• Valid driver's license (personal and CDL) is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site.
• Strong problem-solving and initiative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
