Otis Elevator Company seeks Field Operations/Field Supervisor Trainee to be trained for a future Field Supervisor role. Onsite at customer sites across North America, you’ll coordinate jobs, ensure safety, and drive project execution.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in related fields and strong communication. The program includes extensive hands-on training with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.
