You will lead a team ensuring that all projects adhere to strict QA/QC standards, managing schedules, and providing hands-on training to Construction Managers. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of construction experience, including significant leadership in student housing or large-scale developments. This position requires frequent field presence to maintain high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior field leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience owning QA/QC standards and schedule discipline.
• Strong written communication skills and exceptional field credibility.

Responsibilities

• Travel to all active LV construction sites three or more days per week.
• Own QA/QC platform leadership: standards, inspection cadence, deficiency tracking.
• Hold schedule discipline at the platform level; track critical path and milestones.
