Job summary

RCX Sports seeks a Field Operations Coordinator to oversee event field operations across premier youth sports events. You will coordinate equipment, shipping, staff, and on-site setups, collaborating with partners to deliver elite experiences nationwide.

This role emphasizes travel and weekend availability. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required).
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends or travel based on event dates.
• Working knowledge of event operations (preferred).
• Experience as a college athlete or coach (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically under pressure while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RCX Sports Events department with all aspects of event field operations, including equipment coordination, shipping, and preparing event materials.
• Coordinate 1099 event staff, interns, and volunteers for RCX Sports events in collaboration with Events management.
• Support on-site station setup and oversight at events.
• Manage inventory to ensure events are well-equipped for elite attendee experience.
• Handle events email inbox, outreach, registrations, and customer support.
• Prepare data and provide final reports to management and executives.
• Coordinate with facilities and vendors for rentals and schedule creation.
• Collaborate with external partners (NFL clubs, others) to ensure logistics stay on track.
• Assist with conceptualization of event integrations and initiatives.
• Move event materials and equipment up to ~50 pounds as needed.
• Support additional responsibilities and special projects for RCX Sports Events properties.

As a Field Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate operations across our client and event properties, with a primary focus on field operations. You will help lead events alongside external partners and industry leaders for the Rivals Camp Series, Jr. NBA Global Championship, MLB Pitch Hit & Run, Jr. Home Run Derby, NAIA Showcases, and NFL FLAG Football tournaments. Successful individuals in this role work well on a team and perform effectively under pressure. You are driven, organized, detail-oriented, and bring an all-in attitude to support the advancement of youth sports throughout the country.

Whatyou’lldo (Job Responsibilities):

• Assist the RCX Sports Events department with all aspects of event field operations, including equipment coordination and shipping,producingand distributing travel coordination plans and event itineraries, and preparing event materials
• Collaborate with the RCX Sports Events management team to coordinate 1099 event staff, interns, and volunteers for all RCX Sports events
• Support Events management with on-site station setup and oversight
• Serve as a primary stakeholder in the Events inventory process to ensure each event is properly equipped to deliveran eliteexperience for RCX Sports Events attendees
• Assistwith events email inbox management, including outbound event promotion, registration communications, and RCX Sports Events customer support
• Prepare and analyze data for RCX Sports event properties and provide finalized reports to RCX Sports management and executive teams
• Coordinate with facilities and vendors as needed to support event execution (including securing rentals, coordinating with facilities, and supporting event schedule creation)
• Support collaboration with external partners (including NFL clubs and other stakeholders) to ensure eventlogisticsand communication stay on track
• Assistwith the conceptualization of event integrations and collaborate with internal partners to execute key initiatives
• Routinely move event materials and equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds
• Provide support foradditionalresponsibilities and special projects related to advancing RCX Sports Events properties, as assigned

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required)

More about the role:

• Travel: 65% of the time or more
• Work Schedule: Full-TimeMonday-Friday with frequent weekends and some nights
• Compensation Structure: Expected starting salary - $ 48 ,500-$ 5 1, 5 00/year. Exempt paid Semi-Monthly. Our pay grades are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus & comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, 401(k), Paid Parental Leave, Unlimited PTO, Monthly Wellness Expense Reimbursement and additional voluntary benefits
