Job summary

Control Air Enterprises LLC in Anaheim, CA is seeking a full-time Tenant Improvement Administrator to join our Field Operations Department at our corporate headquarters. This role requires Monday through Friday availability and a commute of 30 miles or less.

A Associate's degree and/or substantial office experience are preferred, with responsibilities including paperwork tracking, data entry, filing, phones, and supporting the Field Foreman.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (minimum) required or equivalent office experience.
• Minimum 2 years of office experience and ability to commute 30 miles or less to Anaheim office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Track/log/process paperwork (job packets, blueprints, checklists, receipts, etc.).
• Data entry and filing/phones/scanning/printing.
• Support Field Foreman with daily tasks.
• Learn all software programs used in day-to-day operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Control Air Enterprises LLC is seeking a full-time Tenant Improvement Administrator to join our Field Operations Department at our corporate headquarters in Anaheim, CA. This position requires Monday through Friday availability and candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of office experience and a commute of 30 miles or less to our office. An Associate's degree and/or substantial office experience is preferred.

• Track/log/process paperwork (job packets, blueprints, checklists, receipts, etc.)
• Data entry
• Filing/phones/scanning/printing
• Support Field Foreman
• Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
• Other duties as assigned
