Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent Field Inspector to perform residential occupancy verifications in Gunnison County, Colorado and nearby communities. This role offers flexible scheduling and a pay structure based on inspections.

You will manage your own routing with a fuel-efficient vehicle, capture 9+ photos, and submit reports using mobile reporting apps. This is a 1099 position with per-inspection compensation and potential for part- or full-time income.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with own equipment.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to drive long distances.
• Pass a standard background check.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with territory management ability.

Responsibilities
