You control routing, schedule, and territory with a focus on reliability and efficiency. Pay is per inspection; earnings are tied to inspection volume and pace, with typical daily activity driven by your route.

Qualifications

• As an independent contractor, you must provide your own equipment and vehicle.
• Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle and a smartphone capable of running reporting apps.
• Pass a standard background check and meet deadlines without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports via mobile apps.
