FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Yankton County, South Dakota and surrounding areas. You’ll control your schedule, route, and territory as a 1099 field inspector.

Inspections are brief exterior visits, typically 5–6 minutes on-site, with 9+ photos and quick reports via mobile apps. A reliable vehicle and strong time-management are essential; background check required.

Qualifications

• Must have own equipment and vehicle and be able to pass a background check.
• Independently manage routing, schedule, and territory.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit reports via mobile apps.
