Job summary

Audubon Companies is seeking an NDE Technician in Bakersfield, CA. You will conduct conventional NDE inspections for oil and gas facilities, set up and calibrate equipment, and prepare final inspection reports for clients.

The role requires interpreting results, reading drawings, and traveling to client sites around 50% of the time. A high school diploma is required, with ASNT TC-1a Level II or equivalent certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ facility integrity experience.
• NDE methods knowledge and QA/QC report writing.
• ASNT TC-1a Level II or equivalent certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' locations.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain NDE equipment.
• Conduct inspections on piping, pressure vessels and tanks.
• Interpret results and generate final reports for customers.
• Ensure safety standards and daily paperwork are completed.
• Assist teammates and coordinate with Business Development on accounts.
