Job summary

Novocure is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (CNS) for the West region to work field-based across Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Hawaii. You will translate complex TTFields oncology science into meaningful scientific exchange with physicians and investigators.

You will build relationships with KOLs, support investigator-initiated research, and travel extensively to engage academic and community centers while collaborating with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree in a relevant field.
• Proven field-based Medical Science Liaison or equivalent Medical Affairs experience.
• Experience in oncology or related scientific specialty.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with physicians, investigators, and KOLs.
• Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical data.
• Experience engaging with academic and community healthcare institutions.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a large geographic territory and travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative scientific relationships with thought leaders and clinicians.
• Engage in high-quality scientific exchange around data, disease states and treatment landscapes.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan based on institutions and leaders.
• Identify and maintain relationships with KOLs across the territory.
• Support sponsor-initiated and investigator-initiated research discussions.
• Gather insights from the field to inform Medical Affairs strategy.
• Provide scientific support at congresses, advisory boards and meetings.
• Respond to unsolicited inquiries in a compliant, evidence-based manner.
• Partner with fellow MSLs and Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations and Commercial teams.
• Stay current on oncology and CNS malignancies and evolving treatments.
• Operate independently in the field while aligning with the Medical Affairs organization.
• Contribute to internal communications and cross-functional collaboration.
