Job summary

Panorama Mortgage Group is seeking an Outside Loan Officer to source, qualify, and originate mortgage loans by working primarily outside the company’s offices to build business from realtors, builders, financial service providers, and borrowers directly. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and managing a robust loan pipeline.

Qualified candidates hold a current NMLS license, have mortgage industry experience, and can demonstrate strong communication,

Qualifications

• Must have a current NMLS license and be in good standing.
• Knowledge of Freddie Mac (FHLMC), Fannie Mae (FNMA), FHA, and VA.
• Two years mortgage or mortgage banking experience.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and originate mortgage loans outside company offices.
• Qualify consumers and issue pre-approvals according to guidelines.
• Monitor loan pipeline and productivity via reporting tools.
