Job summary

Cox Fleet in the United States is hiring a Light/Medium Duty Automotive Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and light repairs at customer locations as part of the Corcoran Fleet Services integration. Travel is 100% and a rotating Mon-Fri / Mon-Sat schedule applies.

You will work on light/medium trucks like F-series, use scanners, and follow safety and DOT guidelines. This is a flat-rate position with a high workload, and benefits include paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience as Automotive Technician on light/medium vehicles or equivalent
• Must supply set of hand tools to perform duties

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and work at customer locations, often outdoors
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and light/medium repairs in the field
• Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, and engine systems
• Complete DOT inspections and maintain service documentation accurately
• Maintain vehicle and tool cleanliness and safety at all times
