Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mining, chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
• Self-starter capable of independent work while remaining coachable.
• Ability to balance intellectual design with hands-on field execution.
• Comfortable switching between climate-controlled office and rugged field locations.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and data presentation.
• Proven ability to inspire trust as a capable team player.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous and operational excellence from brine extraction to finished product.
• Collaborate with operations groups to solve problems daily.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot broad process, quality, and economics issues in the field.
• Partner with operations and pond teams to stabilize plant performance.
• Align cavern, pond, and plant operations to meet targets.
• Optimize flotation, dewatering, and material handling to improve recovery.
• Lead improvement initiatives and capital projects with field results.
