Pace Analytical Services, LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Metrologist to provide on-site calibration, maintenance, and qualification of customer equipment within an ISO 9001/17025 environment.

You will travel up to 30% and develop equipment validations, calibration methods, and SOPs while building strong relationships with clients.

Two year technical degree or relevant experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and MS Word/Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two year technical degree or relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong mathematical skills including uncertainty, significant figures, and unit conversion.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsabilités

• On-site calibration, maintenance, and qualification of customer equipment.
• On-site environmental mapping and qualification services.
• In-house calibration and maintenance of internal calibration masters and customer equipment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Develop equipment validations, qualifications, calibration methods, and SOPs.
• Operate in an ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and cGMP environment.
• Maintain/repair general lab equipment.
• Travel up to 30%.
