Job summary

Channel Partners seeks a Retail Merchandising Specialist to travel to assigned stores, install displays, and maintain relationships within your territory. The role emphasizes independent work with paid training and flexible hours.

Ideal candidates have basic retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to complete CP certification for in-store support. 20 hours weekly minimum, with some weekend opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct visits within your territory.
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products.
• Occasionally partner with team members to complete 2–3 person installations.
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships.
• Complete assignments as directed by your manager.
• Ensure reporting is completed on time from your mobile device.
• Complete Channel Partner certification for in-store support.
• Schedule and complete work per CP Standards and onboarding materials.
• Receive materials at home or pick up at FedEx and transport to stores.
• Other tasks as requested by management.
