Job summary

A leading merchandising company is seeking a Full-Time Retail Merchandising Specialist in Reston, Virginia. The role involves installing displays and conducting maintenance work. Ideal candidates will have experience in building displays and troubleshooting issues. Competitive weekly pay, health benefits, and opportunities for training are offered. This position requires travel up to 120 miles and the ability to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience troubleshooting and fixing display issues.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or build displays and end caps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects requiring travel.
• Build in-store relationships and participate in conference calls.

Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented and highly organized

Ability to independently manage an account base

Ability to read schematics and correctly connect components

Proficiency using personal Smartphone/Tablet with GPS

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
