Job summary

The Field Execution Representative for Celsius Holdings, Inc. acts as the Celsius brand ambassador across grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience channels in assigned California markets. You will merchandise, set up floor displays, schedule demos, and drive shelf space and distribution in stores.

You will report to the Regional Manager, maintain target accounts, and complete weekly logs while meeting 15–20 calls per day in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Willing to work Wednesday–Sunday, 40 hours/week.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives.
• Call on target accounts.
• Sell in PDQs, displays/end caps.
• Communicate sales leads to territory manager.
• Expand product distribution within guidelines.
• Ensure shelves and coolers are stocked and merchandised.
• Rotate backstock and manage displays per account guidelines.
• Place POS materials as approved by manager.
• Participate in new store openings and store resets.
• Take pictures and report weekly.
• Conduct demos upon request.
• Maintain a target accounts list for planning.
• Communicate with management as needed.
• Make 15–20 account calls per day.
• Track calls in Celsius sales app.
• Submit weekly mileage logs and reports.
• Other records as assigned.
