Job summary

The Odom Corporation is seeking a dependable Merchandiser to visit customer locations daily, stock and rotate products, and build displays following supervisor directions. You will document quantities received or distributed, maintain back stock on site, and work to increase display space and visibility for our brands while upholding a professional image.

A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation are required; candidates should be able to lift up to 70 pounds

Qualifications

Must be 21+ years old.
Must have valid Driver's License.
Must have proof of insurance.
Must have a good driving record.
Must have your own reliable means of transportation for getting to and from accounts.
Should be physically capable to lift cases and display units up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Excellent customer service skills.
Prior retail stocking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Merchandise and maintain products at customer locations through stocking and rotating displays.
Document quantities received, distributed, or set aside due to damage or being out-of-date.
Build displays according to supervisor or sales representative directions.
Stock and rotate merchandise from back stock at customer locations.
Increase display, cooler, and shelf space and overall visibility for brands.
Examine stock for quality conformance.
Hang interior/exterior POS advertisements at account locations.
Build merchandising and promotional kits.
