Alliance Beverage is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to travel between accounts, stocking, rotating, and facing products. You will organize backstock, partner with Sales to create displays, and communicate with the team to maintain stock levels and prevent outages.

The role requires reliable transport, a valid license, and a willingness to work independently within a larger team, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Adequate auto insurance coverage is required and disclosed during interview.
• Reliable transportation to travel between stores.
• Stable work history with reliability.
• Self-directed and able to work independently within a team.
• Customer service problem-solving skills to assist customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and face merchandise at assigned accounts.
• Consolidate and organize products in backstock areas.
• Work with Sales Representatives to build displays.
• Communicate information within the sales team to maintain product levels and prevent stockouts.
• Lift merchandise repeatedly, including cases up to 50lbs.
