Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America is seeking a Merchandiser to handle product merchandising in large-volume stores, including stock rotation and display setup. You will move products from backroom to sales floor, build relationships with store staff, and ensure stock is neat and available.

The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases, frequent bending, and a daytime schedule with potential variation by customer routes. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proof of insurance.
• Experience in a retail or grocery environment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly; communicate issues to store managers.
