Job summary

Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Ottumwa, IA seeks a Merchandiser to support the sales team by setting out and rotating products, installing POS displays, and maintaining attractive in-store presentation. The role travels to multiple customer sites, with extensive regional day travel and a fast-paced environment.

You will follow merchandising standards, communicate with the Account Manager, and ensure safety and neatness in all assigned areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Able to work weekends and travel to multiple customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Follow merchandising standards and sales campaign diagrams.
• Set out and rotate products for visual appeal.
• Install and maintain point-of-sale materials (discount coupons, headers, signs).
• Assist Account Manager with price-management issues.
• Communicate account issues or opportunities to sales/ supervisor.
