Job summary

Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to visit customer locations, stock products, rotate new items, and install point-of-sale displays.

The role requires extensive regional day travel, frequent lifting, and a fast-paced environment where you represent the company and Coca-Cola brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow directions and comply with standards.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented with reliable attendance.
• Able to travel regionally to multiple customer sites daily.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Set out and rotate products to create visually appealing displays.
• Install and maintain point-of-sale materials.
• Act as liaison between sales team and customers.
• Follow rotation procedures for shelves, coolers, displays.
• Assist Account Manager with price-management issues.
• Communicate account issues or opportunities promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and back stock.
• Perform minor maintenance on displays and report repairs.
• Other duties as required.
