Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store.

You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock and visible, while maintaining strong relationships with store personnel and management. The role involves daily store visits, order placement via iPad, and adherence to DSD Merchandising Excellence standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID driver’s license or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursed.
• Walk-and-lift heavy merchandise, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily to follow DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Place product orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
