Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large-volume grocery accounts around Sugar Land, Rosenberg, Richmond and Missouri City, Texas. You will work across multiple stores and interact with store personnel to maintain product presentation.

This full-time role pays $22.00 per hour and requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, pushing/pulling, and bending. You will use handheld devices to write orders and follow a fixed schedule with routine

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car/transportation to access multiple locations.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License; Proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures and delivery routes.
• Deliver customer service through communication and attentiveness.
