Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years or older as a minimum requirement.
• Must have car or access to transportation to access multi-store locations.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift 20–45 pounds per case during merchandising.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Provide customer service with attentive handling of needs.
• Operate with minimal supervision in a self-managed role.
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
