Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves and displays in large volume grocery accounts. The role includes rotating products, moving stock between backroom and sales floor, and setting up promotional materials.

The position requires lifting 20–45 pound cases, bending, reaching and squatting, and working with a consistent schedule. Transportation to multiple locations and reliable attendance are necessary.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location using equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service and attend to customer needs.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
