Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to manage product presentation in large-volume stores, including stocking shelves, rotating stock, and setting up displays. This position is labor-intensive, requiring lifting 20–45 pounds per case, bending, reaching, and squatting during merchandising activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have car or access to multi-store locations within shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on shelves.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to move products (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.).
• Display promotional materials such as signs and banners.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to managers and PepsiCo teams.
• Build relationships with store personnel and customers.
• Follow operating procedures including scan-in/scan-out and route planning.
• Provide customer service at designated times; attend to customer needs.
